There is a difference between grievance and refusal. Grievance is a man in a pub explaining the single market to nobody. Refusal is quieter and considerably more annoying to the people who wanted you to move on. This shirt is the second one.

How should I wash it?

Cold wash, inside out, and keep it away from the tumble dryer if you want the print to outlast the government.
