Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged in delivery or you received the wrong product.
We accept returns for products that have been damaged in delivery or if you have been sent the wrong product. For items lost in delivery, we offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Certain items can't be returned for hygiene reasons, including face coverings and any sealed personal items once opened. Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we've received it and to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@verybrexitproblems.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at hello@verybrexitproblems.com and send your item to: Vyökatu 10 B 37, 00160 Helsinki, Finland.
Shipping your return
To return your product, post it to: Vyökatu 10 B 37, 00160 Helsinki, Finland.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item worth over £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
