Made to order in the UK, EU, US or Australia, depending on where it's going.

This is combed and ring-spun cotton. Combing pulls out the short fuzzy fibres and ring spinning twists the rest into a finer, tighter yarn, so it feels softer and keeps its shape wash after wash. At 142 g/m² it is light enough to wear most of the year and a good deal more durable than anything written on the side of that bus.

More Brexit problems

What people buy alongside this one.

A shirt that says what the rest of the room is thinking.

The man at the party with the eleven-minute story about his commute. The LinkedIn post about lessons learned from a broken dishwasher. The politician explaining, at length, that he has been misrepresented. The uncle with the thread.

There is no polite way to end these. There is, however, a shirt.

Seventeen lines of shush and a conclusion, so nobody has to interrupt. Works at family gatherings, in open-plan offices and anywhere a microphone has been handed to the wrong person.

Care and materials

Machine wash cold and inside out, then tumble dry low or hang it up. Do that and the design will last considerably longer than anyone's interest in the story.

Combed and ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk and side-seamed, with shoulder-to-shoulder taping so it holds its shape. Every shirt is made to order in small numbers rather than mass produced and left in a warehouse.

About Very Brexit Problems

VBP started in 2016, on the day the country voted to make itself poorer and called it sovereignty. What began as a way of coping turned into a community of hundreds of thousands of people who never stopped believing Britain belongs in Europe.

Every design starts the same way. Something absurd happens, somebody has to say so, and a shirt says it for a good deal longer than a tweet does. Mocking the con since 2016.
